This Cookie Policy explains whether cookies or similar browser-storage technologies are used on teliyadu.com, www.teliyadu.com, tech.teliyadu.com and academy.teliyadu.com.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store on a device. Cookies can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure use or support advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and device identifiers.
2. Current cookie position
The current production website is statically hosted. Teliyadu does not intentionally set first-party cookies or use browser storage on these public pages for analytics, advertising, personalisation, login, checkout or learner sessions.
Our current release checks found no Teliyadu analytics or advertising tags in the public static site and no cookies set in normal page responses. For that reason, there is currently no optional-cookie preference banner on the public static website.
3. Website delivery and security
The website is delivered through Amazon Web Services, including a content-delivery network and web-application firewall. These services process technical request information needed to return content and protect the site, as described in our Privacy Policy. Processing an IP address or HTTP request at the network layer is not, by itself, the same as storing a cookie in your browser.
If a future security configuration needs to set a strictly necessary browser cookie, we will use it only for that security purpose and update this policy with its name, provider, purpose and duration.
4. Third-party websites
Our pages contain links to email services, social networks and other external websites. Following a link may allow the destination service to set its own cookies. Teliyadu does not control cookies set after you leave our site; review the destination service’s cookie and privacy information.
5. If our use of cookies changes
Before introducing non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for a clear choice before those technologies are used. We will also provide an easy way to reject or later withdraw consent. If account, checkout or learner functions return, any cookies needed for those functions will be documented before they are enabled on the public service.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking all cookies can affect websites that need sign-in or other stateful features, although the current Teliyadu public static pages do not depend on cookies. Browser help pages explain the controls available for your device and version.
7. Changes and contact
